Hotel Marble Palace

It was in a fantastic location… walking distance to the western and eastern groups of temples. The owner (Ved) was very helpful and seemed very trustworthy. We were there during a cold period and weren’t feeling well. Ved made sure that we had a room heater and a kettle for tea. He also arranged for reliable and safe taxis to and from the rail station and airport.

It had a chilly feel in the colder season but this would be an asset in the warmer seasons.

Stayed at the property for one night. Very close to Western Group of Temples. Everything is fine there starting from staff behaviour, location, room facilities and other services. The owner of the property is very much cooperative. My wife forgot her ear buds at the hotel which was carefully dispatched to our home address by the property owner......Had a wonderful experience there, will visit again.

Nothing as such

We have been traveling around India for almost a month staying in budget priced hotels. This one was the BEST !!!! It is hard to know a hotel from pictures on the internet and previously had been disappointed from Patna to Varanasi. But this hotel reinvigorated me with great staff and excellent advice on tuk tuk driver. As I've said, for a budget hotel-the BEST!

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area but in the centre of the city. Very cosy, helpful staff.I will come back here for sure!

Below feedback on my stay in year end (2024):1. Location: It's very near to western group of temples and is in the main town. All good restaurants, the market, riksha stand are within walking distance.2. The property is really clean and well maintained.3. Hosts (father and son duo) are very kind, helpful and experienced. They helped me with all necessary info to visit the attractions nearby and can fill u with dos and don'ts. Flexible to address genuine requests.4. Rooms r clean and really big enough for a family. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom has hot water available 24*7.5. Prices are affordable and lesser than other options available nearby.I checked pretty much all affordable options available nearby, found this one to be the best and didn't regret my decision. Thank you.

Such a lovely hotel! We couldn’t have picked better, room and bathroom were really big and clean. As name speaks for itself, there was a lot of marble everywhere, including a beautiful staircase in the main hall. Location is amazing as it is in the city centre, few min walk from the main temples and in the walking distance from the other temples, market, and food places. At the same time it is a bit on the side so you have peace and you can leave the hotel without people trying to sell you something. Hotel owner and his son were really helpful and kind, gave us printed map of the city with all the temples marked. We also ask the hotel to help us organise last minute trip to Panna National Park and they managed to find us tickets for the next day which was great as park is really beautiful and definitely shouldn’t be missed. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Khajuraho.

WiFi could have been better

We had a wonderful welcome, greeted by name as we arrived. One of the staff took us to a ATM machine rather than just explain. When our hosts realised we weren't a Indian (I have an Indian surname) toilet paper arrived to the room! This is a budget stay but we were very happy staying there.

Close to the heritage sites; very clean, functional room; efficient management, responded promptly and well to any requests; Mr Tiwari was a helpful, experienced host. Offered sensible advice and suggestions in our touring. Jitu, too, was friendly and helpful, provided us with superb tea, and was willing to help any time, be it with food or auto service. Thank you, Marble Palace!

No great views, since it's in the heart of the area, but everything was within easy reach/ short walks.

I booked for 2 days ended up staying for a week ? I love this place so much! It literally felt like home. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. I had my best night sleep here and I have been in India for 2 months. The owner Jugal is soooooooo lovely we chatted a lot he used to visit Japan a lot and Jeetu was sooo helpful he made me coffee every morning ? One evening I had a little bit of a sore throat so he made me a ginger tea. Any issues I had they helped straight away. I love this place so much and I cannot recommend enough!

The Wi-Fi sometimes isn’t the best but it’s the local provider not the hotels fault so just prepare for Khajuraho in general the internet isn’t the best and people normally just hotspot you.

The WiFi was poor even though router was put just outside the door for me No plug sockets neat the bed and only found 1 in the room

very beautiful clean room and comfortable beds and pillows. very friendly and helpful staff. enjoyed the time spent in the terrace too. it was like home. very good area to stay.

Manager and hotel staff was very humble and supportive, there good good amenities and cleaning in room and bathroom. A nice view of garden from bedroom window.

There is parking but it was not satisfactory. But else was too good.

The behaviour was good. Room size is ideal. Rooms are clean. Beds are also clean and comfortable.

No dining. No breakfast and food. No colour TV. No wifi. No power backup.

The staff in this hostel is so sweet, they will receive you very well and will do everything for you to have a pleasant stay.The room and bathroom are spacious with hot water and towels. Very very close to Khajuraho temples by foot. I recommand ??

The street can be a bit noisy (as it can be everywhere in India), but this is not hotel's fault. After 22.30 there were no more noise.

-Staff was cordial-Property was calm with a home-like atmosphere.

-Amenities can be a bit better. Washrooms can either be Indian or if Western can be fitted with proper wash pipe and all the cleaning stuff.
